We hope you enjoy your TUSMO fragrance. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the fragrance must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
To arrange a return, please contact us through our Contact page before sending your item back. Return instructions will then be provided.
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.
